Holy haiku, Batgirl, it's
Stephanie Thornton's Haiku Blogfest today and Saturday. I've got another photo and haiku for tomorrow. Head on over to Stephanie's blog to click on the other poems--everything from haunting to hilarious.

I love your haiku(s). My hubby writes some pretty darn good ones too. Me? Not so much.
Love these. The second resonates in me. (Hugs)Indigo
Love haikus. Especially zombie ones, but I'm weird like that.

The slumbering dragon haiku might be my all time favorite!
I can't wait to have some time this weekend to sit down and read all of the lovely haikus.

Awesome :)
I should have come to you for some lessons before I decided to click on Stephanie's Linky!
This blogfest seems made for you, Tricia! Your haikus make me shiver in a most delicious way. Thanks!
What a perfect blogfest for an amazing Haiku writer. So much beauty pack into just a few words. Well done, Tricia dear.
This is your kind of blogfest, Tricia!! :-)
Great images in both of these! But I expected nothing less :) I love the slumbering dragon line--it really calls to my youthful imaginings!
Heart stopping, as always. That I can't write haiku doesn't mean I can't revel in its beauty (I can't play the violin either). Your haiku always speak to me. Looking forward to tomorrow.
Slumbering Dragon...does it get much better? Nicely done:)
Those are so lovely! I love the first one, especially.
You are so good with the haiku! And the photos always fit so well.
Love your Haikus. :) Enjoy the blogfest!
Lovely. The imagery here is uniquely written. :]
Love the dragon & crows . . . Thanks for the tip-off.
I like your first one a lot, it's beautiful and it follows the rules.
I can't write haikus. Maybe because I can't or maybe because we always had to do it in school and I just can't make myself do it. But these are awesome!
love love "crow clouds" beautiful...
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving such a kind and warm note!
I'm following and will return!
Hello there! Found your blog through Karen's Labor Day Blog BBQ :) Love your photo and your haikus! I was drawn to visit your blog because I also use photos on my blog - a daily writing prompt community. I write about the photo of the day and commenters are invited to write as well. Looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful work.
Not ready to show any to the world yet, lest the entire universe laugh so hard it shakes the earth which could cause a ONE WORLD EARTH QUAKE. Yikes. :)
But yours are totally awesome, yet another one of your strengths, Pat.
(^_^)
Your haiku are beautiful, as is the accompanying photo. If only I could write so well. (I disguise my inability to write with humor.)
Looking forward to reading today's entry.
I love your haikus. And I love that picture of the sunset. Nice work!
You know when I started planning this blogfest, I immediately thought of you. I'm so glad you joined in!
I love that first one- the slumbering dragon is just a great image. But then I always love your haikus!
I love haikus. The "bleeding sun/slumbering dragon" haiku was beautifully evocative of the photo!
Judy
So you're quite good at the whole haiku writing thing!! Great images.
Just beautiful. I particularly like "slumbering dragon".
EVERYBODY! You are all the best. I love reading the comments and am so grateful to get them. Thank you!
