Just because: haiku

I love reading the old masters' haiku (Basho, Issa, Buson and more) and seem to love writing them, too, as lines pop into my head, particularly when I'm walking.

 I don't pretend to be an expert. I know many of these are not traditional. I'm just a lover of the form. Someday when I have time, I may pull the haiku off the posts and put them here without the other text, but that is a project for another day!
